Concierge Services
Main Line Concierge offers an array
of services for the corporate client. Whether utilizing our
services for corporate needs or retaining us to provide employees
with corporate-sponsored
services, our clients
benefit by maintaining their competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive
world.
Corporately Sponsored Program
This program is designed for companies who would like to offer concierge
services to their employees as an employee benefit. The company
is assessed an annual retainer fee for services and a nominal monthly
administrative fee. The employee pays for services rendered outside
of the complimentary services as part of
the program. Providing employee concierge services enables your
employees to focus on their productivity during the work day,
thus benefiting the company.
Corporate Contributed Program
This program is designed for companies who would like to sponsor
a corporate concierge program, but may not quite be ready to absorb
the full cost of providing the benefit. The company is assessed
an annual retainer fee for services, however contributes to a concierge
fund for each employee that the employee may work from when concierge
assistance is required. In addition, a discounted hourly rate is
offered to the company employees to offset concierge costs. This
program is a great way to determine initial success of a program
before offering the program as a full employee benefit.
On-Site Concierge Program
A traditional on-site program is perfect for the office building
housing many different types of businesses or for the busy law,
insurance, or accounting firm where time is of the essence! It often
pays to have a personal concierge ready and waiting behind the wings
to pull off the impossible! We provide an in-house concierge who
is always at attention and at your beck-and-call for arranging airport
transportation, securing dinner reservations and theatre tickets,
shopping for employee or client gifts, or arranging your weekly
tee time. The company is assessed an annual retainer fee for services
and a monthly administrative fee. Although many of the employees
must pay for particular services rendered, they will always be provided
a discount and complimentary services.
